Lindsay Lohan is barely off parole and she is already getting some negative publicity. Club goer Marisa Dugas has accused Lohan of assault after she claimed the actress attacked her at the Standard Hotel. Dugas is now saying the police investigating the claim are treating her like a "second class citizen."
