Lionel Richie Owes Megabucks to the IRS

Singer Lionel Richie has reason to celebrate, and reason to stress. Recently his new album, Tuskegee reached number 2 on the billboard charts, but that has been dampened by the lien the IRS has against him, to the tune of $1,130,609.11.
